VK-T809 Semi Automatic Bucket/Pail Labeling Machine
This semi-automatic labeler is specially designed for labeling bucket or large round bottles. Adopting the principle of positioning labeling with high labeling accuracy can be labeled with one label or two labels, and can also be labeled with full circumference wrap-around labels. Adjustable product fixtures, one machine for multiple bucket sizes. It is the best choice for economical bucket labeling.
The labeling speed and position can be adjusted, and adjusting the base is easy to operate. Adjusting the position of the product fixture can be compatible with different specifications of round bottles. In addition, the safety door protective cover can be configured.

Function:
1. Equipped with PLC touch screen control panel, operator can set working data like labeling speed, label outputting length more convenient and intuitively. Operating language can be customized into different kinds of language according to production needs.
2. Custom labeling structure for sticking labels on bottle or bucket body.It is suitable for single side, double sides and wrap-around labeling.This can improves labeling accuracy.
3. This machine has two working modes: Automatic working mode and manual mode, which can be switched as needed. In manual mode, you can press pedal switch to control machine, easy and convenient.
4. With high-quality label sensor, it can detect labels and control machine to output labels accurately, improving efficiency. The sensitivity of sensor can be adjusted as needed.
5. The labeling heads can be adjusted in different directions, this can ensures the self-adhesive stickers can be labeled better, improves labeling accuracy.
