This machine is single side glue labeling machine, it is mainly composed of labeling head, label delivery mechanism, bottle delivery mechanism, gluing, labeling, etc. This machine adopts touch screen and PLC control system, pneumatic press the bottle and labeling, high automation and easy operation, the labeling position is kept the same with beautiful labeling outlook, using normal label paper, to greatly save time and cost. It is widely used in wine, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry, etc.

Function:

1. Adopts mechanical transmission in whole, transmission parts equipped with closed lubricating-oil-providing tank turn smoothly and deftly with little faults and noise.

2. Load of motor is low, panel and plate of turntable are made from stainless steel, which is durable, clean and rustless and easy to maintain.

3. Can be used alone, as well as designed to be connected with assembly line.

4. It covers little room and can be moved at will to adjust room distribution at workplace.

Working process:

Screw bottle unscrambler→spray paste→take label→stick label→stable label sticking
